At Favreto we believe every woman should have a community of other awesome with whom to workout. Through group training, semi private personal training, and coached run training groups, Favreto is committed to building community through movement. We combine strength training and run coaching with social events and volunteer opportunities.

Favreto is built on these tenets:

  • There’s an athlete in all of us. It just needs a little nurturing.

  • Develop and celebrate what your body can do. It’s different, and awesome, for everybody.

  • Quality over quantity. Five flawless reps are better than 50 crappy ones. Safety and longevity of training are high priorities.

  • There’s power in positivity. Believe you can and you will.

  • Community is key. Having people to support, celebrate, and commiserate with you is important, both in our fitness journey and in life.

  • Giving is good for you. Research shows that helping others isn’t just good for you emotionally but physically too.

  • Wannabe by Spice Girls is the greatest workout song of all time. Ok, we can agree to disagree on that one. I’m also happy to mix in a little Pink, Queen Bey and 90’s hip hop. And if a stereo isn’t available, no problem, I’ll just belt out Bon Jovi’s “You Give Love a Bad Name” and you’ll get movin’.

Everyone was new once. We know it can be awkward and intimidating to walk into a circle of people you don’t know, but I promise it will be worth it. You can expect welcoming faces and women happy to be outside enjoying some movement together. We start with introductions while we do a dynamic warm up and discuss the route for the day. Then we head out and run or walk/run or just move. It’s casual and fun. A no stress way to start the weekend.

It costs $0 to be a part of our running community. We hold community runs in JP/Rosi neighborhood of Boston for women every Saturday at 8am. We also have a monthly Beer Run or Walk and a monthly Sunday Coffee Run or Walk.

If you want to join one of our Virtual Coached Team Training Programs, there is a cost of $115. These start up at various times during the year and run for about 10 weeks and include a Training Plan and Video Library and so much more. You don’t have to be local to join this program. You can access it all from Boston to Baton Rouge. Some women aim to complete the program with a race and some join to have the coach support and structure. Both are welcome and celebrated!

Accountability, motivation and support GALORE-we aren’t just a group of runners, we are a TEAM!

With our smart training plans that include self care, mobility, and strength training, we do everything we can to keep you on track. But we understand that injuries and sickness happen sometimes regardless. Refunds unfortunately will not be given, but the schedule and all the weekly information emails and lessons are yours to keep. You can take a break and restart when you are ready. And once you’re in the PW community, you’re in so we’ll be here to support and cheer you on whenever you’re ready to cross that finish line.

Powerfully Strong: Semi Private Personal Training

Powerfully Strong is a semi-private training program created for you and other incredible navigating midlife and the changes of perimenopause and menopause. This program is all about empowering like you, offering personalized sessions in small groups of 3-5 each. Workouts will be individually tailored to your goals, your body, YOU! Get the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost. Powerfully Strong is MORE than a fitness program; it’s a journey to becoming your strongest, healthiest, and empowered self.

1-1 Personal Training

Offered in your house or in my in-home gym in South Brookline. I offer customized programming and instruction to my personal training clients that addresses any weaknesses or imbalances and past injuries or medical complications that may limit you in a group setting. We will begin with a Functional Movement Screen and other physical assessments to take a look at how you move and to help me effectively design the right program for you. From there I will design a program that works for you and sets you on the path towards your individual goals.

Pricing

Functional movement screen (FMS) with results is $175 ($150 for current group training or run clients)

2 sessions. First session is the FMS movement screen and muscular activation assessments. Second session goes over results and Personal Training at my studio (add $10 per session to travel to you).

After that:

$100 for each 45 minute session

Join us for board game nights where laughter takes center stage, or meetups for drinks or dinner at local spots—whether you’re in regular clothes or still rocking your workout gear (we’re looking at you, Diane!). Or join us for a full moon walk—where it might rain, and the moon may hide, but we’ll connect, show off our dogs, and make the most of it. Give Back with Us!

It’s not just about what we gain but also about what we give back. It’s a fantastic way to make a difference while strengthening our community bonds. Favreto members roll up their sleeves and dive in. From volunteering at Community Servings and organizing family days at the Cradles 2 Crayons Giving Factory to our annual Gift Extravaganza holiday magic gift drive, we’re dedicated to using our collective strength for good. In addition each year we commit to donating at least 3% of our annual profits to local charities. Our past contributions include all New Jersey.
